Mortgage & Protection Specialists

Up to £18,500 + uncapped bonus + benefits

If you’re a highly driven, persuasive and resilient self-starter who thrives on the challenge of beating targets, you could have what it takes to become one of our Mortgage & Protection Specialists. You don’t even need to be CeMAP qualified.

What you do need are great listening skills and the warm and friendly personality to build a strong rapport with customers as you set about giving them an excellent service. Do all this, and you can expect some top rewards at Alliance & Leicester. As part of a specialist, telephone-based team, you’ll respond to calls from customers looking to get the best deals on their mortgage and related insurance protection products. This will involve working a 35-hour week covering shifts between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am and 5pm on Saturday.

We’re looking for a proven sales background in ideally mortgages, insurance, banking, B2B or similar, and in return you’ll enjoy everything you’d expect from one of the largest local employers. What’s more, our induction and ongoing training will give you every chance to succeed. On top of your salary, you can look forward to an uncapped monthly bonus and many other financial incentives. And our modern office has free car parking and is just a seven-minute walk from the station.
