What you need to succeed

As you’ll be partnering and advising senior managers from your first day, we need people with real credibility and commercial acumen.

Driven, determined and decisive, you must be able to see the big picture whilst paying close attention to detail, and it’s vital that you can communicate effectively at every level. Some knowledge of the financial services sector and its current challenges would be a huge advantage, but is by no means essential.

All you need to make an application for our graduate scheme is to hold or expect to gain at least a 2:2 degree in any discipline.

However, securing a place on our graduate scheme requires so much more than just a degree. You will also need an undeterred positive attitude, commercial awareness, good communication skills, enthusiasm and a willingness to use your initiative and drive projects through to completion.
