Our 18 months Graduate scheme is designed to combine structured learning and development with the flexibility to pursue your own interests and define your career path.

From day one, you will enjoy a real job, with real responsibilities and challenges. We’ll look to you to make clear decisions, take the initiative and manage your own workload, but there’ll always be someone on hand to support you.

Before you join us, we will invite you to an Open Day when you can meet other scheme members, learn more about the structure of the programme and explore your accommodation options.

Then you’ll hit the ground running with our comprehensive induction programme, which begins with a briefing from the Chief Executive. Throughout the programme, you will enjoy direct access to the most senior managers, all of whom are committed to helping you realise your goals and ensuring that you get the most out of the scheme.

What’s more, we will allocate you a HR Business Partner who will work closely with the Graduate Learning and Development Advisor to monitor your progress. At the same time, you will have your own mentor to advise you informally, and we will of course give you all the funding and support you need to gain relevant professional qualifications.
