Any specific subject at degree level required:

No, however preference will be given to candidates expected to achieve a 2.1 or higher in an academically rigorous subject.

Any specific work experience:

No, however we are looking for candidates to demonstrate that they are bright, enthusiastic and driven with sound interpersonal skills.

Primary location of the role:

Regionally Based

Does the undergraduate need to be mobile?

Travel to Bootle (Liverpool) / Manchester as required.

Brief description of the dept/area and its role within the business:

The three main areas within our highly successful Business Banking operation are Marketing, Direct Sales and the newly opened Business Centres who service customers with between £1m - £25m annual turnover

Description of the anticipated duties/tasks that the undergraduate will be required to undertake:

Graduates will gain experience in a variety of areas within Business Banking such as working alongside the relationship managers in the business centres and working closely with the Operations team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Graduates perform real roles and are expected to actively contribute to the department’s business objectives. Support and guidance is provided through a programme of mentoring, training and development.
