| Primary location of the role: | London (however first 12 months are based in Manchester) |

| Brief description of the dept/area and its role within the business: | The Corporate team in London concentrate on the larger lending deals of £10 million and above. They are a small specialist team working on complex transactional deals generating high levels of income for the Group. |
| Description of the anticipated duties/tasks that the undergraduate will be required to undertake: | Graduates spend the first 12 months in Manchester (and some time in Bootle (Liverpool) gaining an understanding of Corporate and Commercial Banking Administration and also Credit and Risk, both of which work closely with the Corporate team on a regular basis to ensure deals are processed effectively. The remaining 6 months of the scheme is based in London obtaining experience within our various Corporate Finance teams. |
