| Brief description of the dept/area and its role within the business: | The Manchester operation incorporates front line sales teams (Property, Relationship, Asset Finance and Public Sector), Credit & Risk and Lending back office operations including Finance. |
| Description of the anticipated duties/tasks that the undergraduate will be required to undertake: | Graduates undertake three six monthly placements covering Credit & Risk, front line sales, and a support area (e.g. Systems, Finance, Recoveries). Graduates perform real roles during placements and are expected to actively contribute to the department’s business objectives. Support and guidance is provided through a programme of mentoring, training and development. |
