Any specific subject at degree level required:	No, however preference will be given to candidates expected to achieve a 2.1 or higher in an academically rigorous subject.
Any specific work experience:	No, however we are looking for candidates to demonstrate that they are bright, enthusiastic and driven with sound interpersonal skills.
Primary location of the role:	Manchester
Does the undergraduate need to be mobile?	Travel to Bootle (Liverpool) as required.
Brief description of the dept/area and its role within the business:	The Manchester operation incorporates front line sales teams (Property, Relationship, Asset Finance and Public Sector), Credit & Risk and Lending back office operations including Finance.
Description of the anticipated duties/tasks that the undergraduate will be required to undertake:	Graduates undertake three six monthly placements covering Credit & Risk, front line sales, and a support area (e.g. Systems, Finance, Recoveries). Graduates perform real roles during placements and are expected to actively contribute to the department’s business objectives. Support and guidance is provided through a programme of mentoring, training and development.
