Sales and Service Excellence Awards:
We run special campaigns throughout the year that are linked to our business priorities. All sales and service employees are eligible, whether they work in branches, contact centres or other locations. Winners can choose from a wide range of exciting awards, from cameras and televisions to great days out.

Each year, we announce nearly 130 Top Performers – people whose outstanding contributions are rewarded with holidays to UK, European or Worldwide destinations.
Dedication to Customer Service Awards:
Recognising long and distinguished service (anything from 10 to 40 years), these awards allow people to select from a huge range of fun gifts, from jewellery to theatre tickets and weekend breaks.
Going the Extra Mile:
This award scheme is our way of instantly recognising and celebrating exceptional examples of customer service. Any of our people can nominate an individual or a team, and prizes can be anything from flowers or chocolate to books and clothes.
