Induction

At Alliance & Leicester, you'll notice how seriously we take your training and development. After all, if we expect you to put 100% into your work, it's only right that we provide you with the training you need to do your job effectively and to the best of your ability.

When you first join us, you will undergo the Plus Start Induction Programme to help you hit the ground running. During your first few weeks, you will enjoy an intensive and comprehensive induction process that will help you understand our business and your role within it, and you will be invited to attend a Plus Start Graduation Workshop to recognise your achievements.
